Workload Automation AE (AutoSys) Situation Assessment 

Context is everything! Before we start any project, Robert Mark consultants will undertake a high level analysis of the organizational, business and technology drivers for the engagement. With the necessary context we can then work with the client and related stakeholders to match the right requirements with the correct offerings from Robert Mark Technology. This may mean a recommendation for a deep dive CSA (see below) or to version upgrades, or performance tuning. By understanding the situation first, we can ensure the highest possible rate of return and greatest chance of project success.  There are two types of assessments that RMT performs:

AE Feature Function Assessment (FFA) 

With the influx of clients upgrading to AE 11.3 (and potentially 11.4), RMT is finding that many clients are upgrading to meet the compliance needs for their software. RMT is working with these clients to help them understand what new features and functionality this new release provides them. The FF Assessment provided by RMT walks through the current environment and reviews the jobs to determine which jobs should be leveraging the new job types in 11.3.

The project stages are as follows:

AutoSys Upgrade Assessment (AUA)

Upgrading your environment can be a cumbersome task to perform without assistance.  Most upgrades for AutoSys occur once every 3-4 years.  It is often very difficult to understand the new features and functionality and how best to utilize them.  In addition, what are the best methods to upgrade, is it best to upgrade in place, or should you procure new hardware for the upgrade.  Let the experts help with all this information by providing an upgrade assessment to help design a roadmap to get you to the new release while making it completely transparent to the business.  Here are just some of the areas we cover during an upgrade assessment:
