Bob has led Robert Mark Technologies since he founded the company in 2001.  He has overseen the company’s growth of over 60% year over year since 2007. Bob works out of Robert Mark Technologies corporate office in Woodbury, MN and enjoys attending professional sports and spending time with his family. 

John Surette, Director of Field Services

John is a problem solver and trouble-shooter with over 12 years experience in diversified IT environments from small business networks to large scale enterprises. His career has been focused on providing solutions for technical and business issues in enterprise computing. He has developed a unique talent for analyzing technical and business problems, identifying root causes for those issues, and providing a range of both tactical and strategic solutions that can be implemented for final resolution. John is based in Connecticut, and spends his free time with his family.

Kim Samuelson, Director of Operations

Kim Samuel is responsible ensuring day to day operations of RMT stay in synch with the ever demanding needs of sales and services.  Prior to joining the team at Robert Mark Kim worked at Met Life Auto and Home Insurance and brings her 12 years of experience in Operations and Customer Programs to the team. When she’s away from the office Kim enjoys boating with her family and friends and raising her two children. 

Chris Watson, CFO

Chris is the chief financial officer and senior advisor for Robert Mark. Prior to this role Chris worked for two years in public accounting at Clifton Gunderson and held various roles during a nine year tenure at Succeed Corporation, a technology based sales, development and marketing company.  As President, Chris led Succeed to back to back top 50 rankings in Inc. 500’s list of fastest growing privately held companies and the #1 overall position for software companies.  Chris is a Certified Public Account and holds Bachelor degrees in both Accounting and Financial Management from the University of North Dakota.  He has over 14 years experience specializing in the analysis and implementation of financial strategy and high-level management of corporate operations.
